New capabilities, fixes, and improvements shipped to Sophie in August 2026.

Added

• Engagements can now attach and detach Knowledge documents, making it easier to keep the right source material with each client project.
• Engagement settings now include a Knowledge pane with attached documents, search, document roles, and instruction-slot tracking.
• Sophie now has expanded model-routing support in demo environments, improving model availability for AI-powered workflows.

Fixed

• Client import now handles single-tab financial spreadsheets more reliably, including retirement accounts, investment accounts, real estate, liabilities, and income columns.
• Client import now defaults unsupported client-type values safely instead of blocking an entire row.
• Client import now falls back safely when redaction support is unavailable.
• Sophie no longer displays fabricated internal tool transcripts in chat responses.
• Knowledge uploads no longer get stuck waiting for keyword indexing when vector search is available.
• Sophie now protects demo-only communication archive data so it cannot be loaded into real advisor accounts.

Improved

• Sophie can continue answering from available Knowledge results when keyword search is temporarily unavailable.
• Project Knowledge attachment checks now better protect tenant boundaries and prevent duplicate attachments.
• Reusing Knowledge instruction slots is now more predictable when documents are detached and reattached.
• Model readiness checks now report the upstream model route more clearly for operators managing Sophie.
