Navigating Sophie
A tour of the main sections of Sophie and what each one is for.
Navigating Sophie
Sophie is organized around a simple left-hand menu. Each section has a clear purpose. This guide explains what each one does.
The left-hand menu
You'll find the main menu on the left side of the screen. Here's what you'll see:
Dashboard
Your home base. The dashboard shows a summary of what's happening today — client activity, upcoming meetings, and suggestions from Sophie about what to focus on next.
Clients
Your client list. Here you can view, search, and manage all of your clients in one place. You can also import new clients from a spreadsheet — see Uploading your client list.
Conversations
Where you chat with Sophie. Ask questions, request summaries, and get help with everyday tasks. See Asking Sophie questions for tips.
Connectors
Where Sophie connects to your other tools. Connectors let Sophie securely pull in information from your CRM, calendar, and document storage so you don't have to switch between apps. See Understanding connectors.
Settings
Account and team settings. Here you can update your profile, manage your team, invite new users, and adjust preferences. See Inviting team members.
