• A new first-time experience introduces Sophie through a guided day-in-the-life walkthrough, optional personalization questions, and a hand-off into live chat.
• Contextual product tours now help new users learn the sidebar, Home, Chat, Book of Business, and Roster screens without leaving the app.
• Conversation history is now available in one searchable Sessions page, with filters for pinned conversations and client-specific work.
• Chat now supports richer file and document handling, including uploads from the composer, upload progress, and prompts to save useful files into the Knowledge Base.
• Sophie can now show structured outputs in chat, including charts, household cards, generated file cards, and longer artifacts that open in Canvas.
